I think you are doing great without a pedalboard but with it it will be another notch on the belt, just like me learning left hand bass with my hands which is very hard for me,but it was a great help with your boogie woogie lessons.
Yes, maybe, maybe, after much practicing it could be another notch in my belt, but also another dent in my already C1 suffering melting brain :-)
Well, it would be great to use a pedalboard like Jimmy Smith often did, just tapping one key/the same key lightly, mostly as a percussive effect to get a little more weight, a little more 'omphf' behind his left hand walking bass line. Maybe you could try that with a slow blues left hand walking bass?
Nice medley! I adore the Nord C1 sound its tops far as im concerned I just need to be able to afford it lol!! Cheers

Where is the intro for Satin Doll??
Otherwise nicely done. I'm getting a C1 soon. It just sounds so perfect, almost too perfect.

Great playing!
Btw, I'm starting to thinking again about getting me a foot pedal board when I see this clip. Well, so much to do, so little time :-)
Keep swinging,

I might have a go at that foot tap one day
but on the c1 the bass has alot of punch.
Best regards Kim.
