i think what he is saying is resonant frequency of the system goes around the whole earth so all you need is the same setup anywhere else and you will get the power this thing produces

I have studied Tesla's works for years and never fully understood this. There are a couple of small problems with this device..

1. the voltage difference is around 200kV

2. the instantaneous amperage is around 1000amps but drops sharply into the pico amp range

3. if you solve 1 and 2 then you have to make it useable.. change the sporadic 200kV @ 6Hz to a steady 120v-240v @ 60Hz.

It would be interesting though to to see a 200 Gigawatt power station

Now that I understand 8hz resonates with the earth then there is no attenuation from a transmitter at that frequency. You are a blessing for sharing your work. The problem with this yhink is... wath can happen if all the person on the the surface of the planet will use to drain energy from the ionosfere? The energy shield of the planet could be unbalanced and can produce some disaster!?

electricity is moving electrons....electrons are negative.... elecrons move from high NEGATIVE potential to high Positive potential.... we would be using the IONisphere to DRAW electrons out of the GROUND.... the ionisphere would be Unaffected on a permanent basis.

I have heard of Guys with Large radio towers having to run extra protection on their equipment so it doesnt fry from the static electricity picked up from the antenna.. It's wasted back to the ground.. Interesting stuff!
