  • A response to two of the previous questions:

    1) 0:30 when the camera goes over the highway and the lyrics say "Today, I love you!" if you look in the foreground you see a bride and a groom running across the overpass. They're small, but they're there.

    2) The letter "C" you can find made up by the windows of the building that the train passes.

  • If you look at the bottom of the screen at 0:30 (the motorway) there is a bride and groom running over the overpass as the song says "Today, I love you."

And the "C" is made by the windows on the building.

Take ya muesli and fuck off!

  • i love the add but what has the song got to do with budweiser

  • Love the song, hate alcohol though.

    Is there any 'K'?

  • sencillamente exelente adaptacion del video y la musica inmortyal de THE BEATLES

  • ¡¡Vivan los BEATLES!!

  • I like it how the last group of people who play the "Bom ba bom" part on the drums are actually on the train passing at 0:37. I didn't notice it the first time I watched it.

  • was there any 'T' in the video?

  • At 0:24 in the video, on a balcony you'll see a white rabbit on a balcony holding a teapot :)

  • I worked on this commercial. It was a pretty fun shoot. Some of my Union (IATSE 476) brothers are in it.

  • why didnt they use the beatles version in this song???

  • I'd imagine the cost would have been too high!

  • すごい!!

    ミッケやってる

  • the CTA is going backwards most the time!

  • This is by far my favorite Beetles song, and it's actually done fairly well here. Bravo for FINALLY a creative and worthwhile Bud commercial. A+

  • Great Advert - for a substandard beer. You've just gotta love the Beatles!

  • class song!!!!!!!

  • Was this out in July in America? Or just shot in July? Cos its only been on a few weeks over here

  • The song is called All together now and is originally a Beatles song, but this is a cover by a band/artist who is unknown by me.

  • It would be "The Hours", as the title of this video suggests :)

  • Ah! Thank's a bunch for enlightening me with this valuable piece of information!

  • its 4 budwieser its usally on lik sky sports..!!!

  • The original song is by The Beatles! It's called "All Together Now". This version is apparently by The Hours, with the Beatles singing added in.

  • Absolutely correct. Cheers for the info :)

  • what is that song called?

  • who sang this for the ad???

  • As per the title - "The new Budweiser Lyrics ad, featuring music from the Hours" , it's a group called The Hours :)

    great ad!!

  • i love it, just so simple, and so funny, i can´t stop singing

  • It's an allusion to Alice in Wonderland.

  • the best beer i like it and commercial the best :)

  • I was in this commercial banging on the bass drum.

  • Should be airing in America

  • Budweiser is owned by ABInbev, not Diageo

  • Diageo brew and distribute Budweiser under licence for the Irish market at the Smithwicks Brewery in Kilkenny.

  • Awesome! Can't watch it enough times.

With love from Chicago, the best city in the world!! Do come visit us soon...

  • What is going on with the station signs? They've been photoshopped to say "Together" "Now," "Now," and "Isaacston"?!?!? The Isaacston one doesn't even look like a Chicago sign.

  • Beautiful ad... terrible beer.

  • Chi-town, I love you.

  • That's Chicago you're watching roll past, folks. Some of us are lucky enough to live here! Come join us...

  • I LOVE this commercial. I'm a Chicagoan and it's nice to see our city shot so cleverly. It made me smile.

And its nice to hear that the neighboring Chicagoans took care of the crew. :)

  • Couldnt they just film it at any speed and edit it to match the pace of the song?

  • No, as the point lies somewhere between the cuts.

    For clarification we Eisenstein.

  • i saw this in ireland and i wanted to learn all the song b4 i came home to england but i didnt but now i can cuz its on utube

    love that add

  • what a brilliant add makes me smile every time i see it.

  • I RECOGNIZE ALL THESE PLACES.

it's so cool to be from Chicago and know this entire commercial.

  • i was just thinking that exact thing.

  • best ad ever...

  • it made me smile. i was hoping it wasnt a commercial but it still made me smile

  • At least we've moved on from "Wassuuuuup"

  • haha that's class!

  • anyone else notice increasing amounts of Beatles music in advertising lately?

  • is that ever a bad thing?

  • I seen this ad in the cinema recently but It is awful coz the whole thing is just a huge blur and you can't even figure out what the hell is going on in the ad mos of the time...

  • nice video. but wouldn't ever make me buy a single bottle of bud. so a waste of time as a piece of advertising.

  • Sweeeeeet!!!!!

  • I don't like bud - I'd rather drink the Czech original - but i think that this is a great ad - a rarely great ad, and kind of raises bud in my estimation - a difficult chore

  • This is a great commercial; too bad they didn't use the original beatle number.

Cubemate you guys did a great job; it's definetly enjoyable!

  • @yellydancer I work for said agency and will say that it depends on how you think advertising works.

If you think it works by explaining to people what the rational advantages of the product are, yes, we have failed. But as your rightly point out, do people really want to hear about the rice that makes a Budweiser?

Far better then, to suggest a mood that people can associate with this beer. We have some experience doing this (starting with John Smith's in the 70's). It does sell beer.

  • Hey Yellydancer....brewing with rice is an extra process that cleans the beer. It's expensive but makes Budweiser suitable for all palates and consequently the best selling beer in the world. i know that because i once worked in the brewery. By the way I think this is easily their best commercial in years, since wassup. Which was also a great example of advertising as entertainment. Budweiser understand that if you're gonna force advertising down peoples throats, make it nice and tasty...

  • Bud`s rubbish anyway, it`s made with RICE for Chrissakes! Drink Coors. F

  • At a conservative estimate it must`ve cost the best part of three quarters of a million dollars just to make, never mind the millions they`re going to burn airing it. Now, can one of you geniuses tell me what it`s got to do with Budweiser Beer apart from there`s a big Bud poster right at the end? Or is it, as I suspect a rubbish idea, well filmed, that won`t sell a single bottle of the product. Basically sponsored entertainment. If I was the client, I`d fire the agency now for wasting my money.

  • the single fact that you are commenting this clip means that the campaign worked.

  • how in shit does that mean it worked?! its an advertising campaign to sell a product. if it doesnt sell, it doesnt work. even if it was the greatest film in the world ever, if it dont shift stuff then its bollocks.

and this my friend is bollocks.

  • it worked because its getting attention

and all attention is good attention
