Bleh, way too complicated. This simplifies things and makes them go by much more quickly, and doesn't require a whole lot of knowledge of wire.

How can i get Vehicle Control in Garrysmod?

i dont know what folder to put it in?

open up the info.txt and if it stand addoninfo then you should place it in the garrysmod/garrysmod/addon folder else it just in garrysmod/garrysmod

You'll have to get an updated version that is Gmod11 compatible.
