This one is so alike that it's obviously designed to be mistaken for an iPhone. It even borrows the iPhone's background wallpaper, for crying out loud. Wouldn't you complain if someone else decided to dress in the same clothing and impersonate you? If and when the real iPhone comes to China, I guarantee Apple will take legal action.
