what the crazy old man is talking about is a metaphor for nancy... because he starts talking about the 'economy' in the beginning of his rant. nancy thinks he knows she's a drug dealer but it's just coincidental. he's a nut

lmfao, i love that scene. if you don't think it's funny, it really is a lot more effective if you've watched the episode and then see this part in context, but yeah one of my favorite moments so far.
