I've never seen bracelets put on all at once using a mold. I had the ones on the front which were bonded one by one.

should i call the ortho in advance and tell him or just wait on the day of the appointement and then tell him ?????

get traditional braces!! these hurt more that the regular ones cause the back side of your teeth are exposed to more things than the front side
