Judge Neil Wake found the jails provide inadequate medical and mental health care, unsanitary conditions, unhealthy food, and disciplinary practices that cause mentally ill inmates "needless suffering and deterioration."

I think what has happen here is that we have been lead away from the true issue here. The question is who you want for Sheriff. One hand you have Dan Saben I dont know about him beating the bishop on duty nor would I care at least he was awake, but he was police chief in buckeye Arizona which means he has experience dealing with issues.

But on the other hand you have Joe Arpiao he been sheriff for 16 years, sure he lost a bunch of court cases. Although look at L.A. county and you will see that they spend well over 40 million in one year for restitution payments. Our county is huge and has a large jail system. Joe has won at least 8 court cases recently many of which went to jury. I forgot to mention something about Saban the buckeye police association is backing Sheriff Joe the people he worked with. vote for Joe Arpaio

Arpaio doesn't need to debate Saban, why waste the time, Saban doesn't have 1/100th the experience. It would be a waste of the Sheriff's time.
