@iamemocore Used to be before the Democrat Governor "Blew Us Away!" Now it's behind Toledo, Ohio. What a difference a Democrap can make. Top 10 Worst cities to live in have all been run by Democrats for decades. Coincidence? I think not. Socialism is great, until you run out of other people's money.
@usrevolution2 LOL... sorry had to laugh at BIRMINGHAM being compared to TOLEDO.... what, did the governor take all your money away? People would kill to live there. Birmingham has continued to be an upscale suburb regardless. All I see downtown are upscale clothing and furniture stores overrun with trendy teenagers running off of their parents' trust funds. Google operates its Detroit offices there. Enjoy your bubble, and stay north of 8 mile. The cycle continues.
@iamemocore Yep. Government got my life savings, my job & I now face divorce & forclosure. Around Birmingham & Rochester we have a new term: "suburban blight." It's where people pack up in the middle of the night & disappear, because they can't face their neighbors seeing them tossed out of their homes. You don't know they are gone until their lawn turns brown or grows knee-high. Unemployment here is now twice as high as the figures from the Great Depression thanks to our government in MI & DC.
@usrevolution2 My dad has been out as an electrician for like 8-9 years. Same with my mom from Chrysler. Everyone has it hard. I work two jobs. But guess who was in office then? Bush. With a Republican majority. Bush's fault then, Obama's fault now? What a joke both parties are. Just remember the poorest of Detroit are better off than 80% of the world. Keep things in perspective.
@iamemocore Sorry to hear about your parents. I agree, both parties have been playing us . . .dividing us and we let them. We forgot we were American first. You're also right about the poorest in Detroit being better off. I know, I lived in Hong Kong and travelled to mainland China for work and over 90% of Chinese still live with dirt floors, no windows and scraps of wood for doors. They served me dog for dinner too, but it wasn't old dog . . . it was young dog . . . I was often reminded.
@iamemocore Let's meet up I'll show you all the foreclosed houses the banks now own. Birmingham and Oakland County are in the top 10 anymore. Sure there are some folks left with money and the stores are there, but ask the store managers how their sales are now.
IS IT TIME?! Go to USRevolution2 (dot com) and get your flag of the Second American Revolution. Theyre made in America and look exactly like the flag of Betsy Ross with a Roman numeral II in the center of the 13 stars. This flag is now in all 50 states and spreading from porch to porch and theyre only $19.95 plus shipping and handling.
Nice job capturing this video. This is a grass roots effort that we certainly hope puts the fear of being unemployed into each and every legislator. And, should wake Obama up.
I bet there are a lot of people that just won't go to events like this anymore because they don't want their photos posted all over the internet. Power to them just the same. The great Silent Majority that protests with their votes.
birmingham. one of the most affluent places in oakland county, the third wealthiest county in the nation. interesting.

2,000 people in a town that I never heard of. That's great. Get out there people and let congress know that you don't like this bill at all.
