@MiladyToxic The results show happened earlier tonight, and Marcus is still in it. We need to vote more. We need to campaign to reinforce the vote. Drew and Astro deserved to go home. Drew is more of the same, and her performances are tedious and more of the same, and she has been confined to her comfort zone. I want Chris René voted off next week.

@TediusZanarukando i was ecstatic to hear that Marcus was staying & that Drew was eliminated; i was never a big fan of hers but i always knew Marcus had an incredible talent that X Factor needs to keep going. i don't feel as though Astro should've gone home, though. i honestly don't care if he pulled some temper-tantrum. like Simon said: the music business is all about unpredictability. besides that, i admire Astro for his talent & creativity. but what's done is done & i wish him all the best.

@MiladyToxic Marcus Canty's mother gave him a deadline for entering the music industry. That deadline motivated me to vote for him. X Factor will not be the same without him. There are three more weeks left in this season. Either Rachel Crow or Chris René should go home next week. Astro will make his mark in the music industry. Sadly, I have seen some user comments bashing Marcus and some users expressing shock over Drew's elimination, and that breaks my heart.

@MiladyToxic I am fed up with the hate against Marcus Canty and the shock over Drew's elimination. Marcus has had laryngitis and tonsilitis, and that should be taken into account. Those users do not realize that Drew is overrated and more of the same as American Idol contestants like Megan Joy and Didi Benami. I have witnessed users levying hate against my favorite contestant in other reality television competition programs before, like American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance.

@TediusZanarukando i'm glad you agree! the judges made the right choice in choosing Marcus over Drew [save for Simon, of course]. his moves, his voice, his personality---Marcus seems to have the 'whole package,' as Paula & Nicole would say. he's the one with the X Factor, not Drew.

@MiladyToxic I would change it to: "... he's the one with the X Factor, not Drew or Chris." Yes Marcus Canty is the one with the X Factor, not Drew Ryniewicz or Chris René. Most of the hate against Marcus is coming from Drew fans. The only reason America has been voting for Chris is his background, so he should go home next week, not Marcus.

really hope he sticks to producing or singing some good funk/soul songs... coz his version of i wish just about trumps stevies original. he's got a spark in his voice that makes you wanna clap your hands and boogie! kinda glad x factor does find some hidden stars... despite its excessive emotional concept to it :)))
