I remember watching this and hearing all the debates over it. It comes down to two things; what is the legitimate play, and what is the safe thing to do. In both cases Dom did what he should of, not that I like what he did I'm no Wings fan heh ^~ but hes a goalie and he played the puck, if he lets Gaborik have the puck mabey Gab scores. This trip probably saved a goal, but I'm still not saying I would choose a save over the safety of a player.
