Um here is a tip from me. When you first start out in this world at the fire shooting thing at 0:21. Another and easier way to avoid getting burned by it is to simply duck (L button) while on the magic carpet. That's what I always do anyway. Hope that helps :)

Ganan, I will tell you another short cut. When you take the last carpet up to the ship, jump onto the second pole. Climb to the top and do a handstand to position to do a backwards flip. The bring Mario down to do a regular backwards flip onto the purple ledge at the end of the carpet ride. Then do a long jump to the next platform

Ganan, I will tell you a short cut, a way to skip the first carpet. The first platform mario starts on is like an octagon, if you turn around and walk to the first angle then do a long jump in the dirction of that angle, you ll grab onto a pole, go up the pole and back flip on to the platform and you end up at the spinning octagon. I got three of the starts going this way. The red coins, Swinging in the Breeze, and Tricky Triangles

Wall kick: you need to pratice this jump towards a wall and press A at the exact right moment when you touch the wall. I would recommend starting off testing it with small simple A jumps. Triple jump: easy, start running and press A, as soon as Mario lands press A again to do a double-jump and when he lands again press A straight after and he will do a triple jump.
