lost me on the mustard. Mustard has such a bold flavor, once you add it to a dish. It becomes mustard chicken. not lemon chicken.

You caught me! I am lazy and cheap. Refuse to pay two dollars a lemon for a lemon that has no juice. When I can get fresh lemons with juice I use at least four. That was three chicken breasts and a pack of a dozen wings, they taste great crispy!
