NBC changed the S4 air date to Friday, May 7, 2010, 7:00/8:00 p.m.

There IS a S5 that begins filming soon ... to air first on Direct TV in Fall of 2011, NBC in 2012. (And don't read or believe anything different.)

No, I think Julie and Landry were the year below Matt, so they haven't graduated yet. Tim decided to help his brother with his new business and not go to College. Matt stays behind because of Julie, his grandma etc but he's only in a few episodes so he must eventually change his mind and go to college. I think Minka (Lyla) is only going to be in two episodes this season.
