Hey. Snare drummer for the University of Arizona's "Pride of Arizona" here. I must say, there's a lot of really really cool stuff going on here! Your winds are nice and tight and the writing is superb! How many people are in your band? keep up the good work! You guys seem to be the only other college marching band out there that is actually nice to listen to! (don't get me started on USC's band...) Keep up the awesome work!

Also, the battery sounds nice and clean. I'm digging it a lot. ;)

There are marching bands all over Texas that march NOTHING like UT or T:A&M. Thank goodness for the Bobcat Band, not to mention UNT's Green Brigade.

yep i also go to indio high im one of the contras not sousaphones alot heavier and im a freshman. before this i played a concert tuba that weighed about ten pounds the contra weighs 30 pounds so big change. thanks for the video.

Naperville Central did a mosified version of this for 2007, we placed 11 out of 41 high school bands in illinois.

OMG! your Marching Band Sucks!!! My Marching Band is for High school, we play the same song! There are 5 things wrong with this. 1. this isn't movement 1, this is movements: 1,2,and 4. 2. your formations suck and are nothing compared to ours. 3. It doesn't even look like the drum line is playing except for snares, i should know i'm in drum line, i'm a base. 4. you don't have a cool drum solo like our band does. 5. and your band on top of everything skips movements: 3 & 5.

1. This is movement one of OUR 2006 show. 2. if you are refering to the actual drill writing, it was very well done, with very smooth transitions, if it is the performers not hitting their spots, i only noticed a couple of ppl missing sets from time to time.

4. the world does not revolve around "drums". yes it adds nice color and texture, but there is more to music, there are more instruments on the field. if you would have been listening there were trumpet solos all throughout the movement, which btw were very nicely played. They were played by 13375 which your high school noobs wouldn't have been able to pull off.

3.have you thought about video quality? have you considered how far away the camera was from the drumline? and forget about what you can see, its what you can hear. Also the Texas State University Drumline placed third in PASIC
