You'd have probably gotten away with a looping segment from the GB song, to give the viewer the general idea, but not the whole song.

I see why your pissed though, I recently had a vid removed due to sexual contant, - a flash of ass at a party actually. Pathetic really. Copyright is WAY over enforced by YT, but they do have to protect themselves from lawsuits, even though it sucks!

I agree bro, it stinks, and it's only gonna get worse I'm afraid. If you'd seen the reason I had a warning, you'd have laughed. It literally was just a couple of very blurry seconds of a guys ass, shot from 20 feet away. Sexual content? He laughed when I told him that, but what do we do? We can hardly revolt, or the plug will be pulled on us.

I think there's a big possibilty that someone broke into you're account and removed the video because if you log out they can just go to forgot you're password? and change it if they want

Some copyright holders such as certain music companies have YT remove the audio to videos sometimes, as opposed to having the video taken down. If a claim was made against your video, and you feel it is wrong, you should file a counter-claim. I believe from what I know that your video was a parody and seemed to me to use a fair use amount of the "Ghostbusters" theme.
