@kenny1309 I know for a fact that Peoples FH use Blue-Red or Blue-Headlight Beams for their leads for processions.. they have both combinations for lead cars. They use beaming headlights on the hearse and limos, but they have squad-style lead cars because so they can capture attention if the police aren't leading the procession.
