I don't know, maybe if there was a fence it would have sent him back to the track and it could be even more dangerous, both for him and to other pilots as well.

Also, a fence may have torn the car apart more and killed the driver outright, especially as he was flying upside down. It's hard to cater for that sort of flying incident. Just glad to hear that Viso and the marshals are OK. That is about the worst thing that can happen in an open roof car, I think his survival came down to a matter of inches.

You have a good point, but people have dies in very similar accidents to this, at this circuit. Marco Campos for one. A fence would have saved him. And if Viso had hit the wall with his head he would have been a gonner too.

Viso is relatively ok. He sufferd a concussion an injured his Arm. We're very lucky nobody got seriously hurt in that Accident.
