I feel Richard Lord go's better with the way Wheatly moves about than Stephen Merchant does. I feel his movements where kept, and they pasted Stephen's lines over. The voice and visuals don't match up quite as good as in this video.

Search "Wheatley voice comparison" on here, and see for yourself. As for GlaDOS, her's is lower because she's being extremely sarcastic. Even in Portal 1, whenever she cracked sarcasm, it got lower.
