Here's an idea: why don't all you hippies put together what little money you have and purchase a private island to create your own country? Then you can legalise all kinds of drugs and that way all the druggies and hippies will be in one place, and modern society will be free of them :)
hmmm GOOD has a nice platform here to gather some fantastic ideas. I dunno... Sure, one can have fun with this but if your idea is so "good" then why wouldn't you use and promote it yourself, why have GOOD involved etc.

what if.....we cud make green gyms that have all their bicycle exercise machines connected to the building so it makes free electricity.....so Ya thats my idea... a green gym... AKA human powered building
I row crew and we use these machines called Ergometers that we pull a simulated oar that spins a fan, the machine powers itself and shows how many volts we produce with each stroke. I always thought we could hook them up to generators or stick them in gyms or prisons (for recreational exercise of course).
