@tennis2me : I found 'reduced' sugr. ketchup in ketchup isle its made w/splenda. Dont know how it tastes. Dont know why they called it reduced either if its made w/splenda. There are a tons of diabetics out there, perhaps they have it in the isle where they sell diabetic stuff. I didnt look there yet. I think were all headed there soon bc they put sugr/corn syrup in almost every food product now. Its hard to stay away from unless u make ur own food. That makes me soo damn mad!
Thanks for the recipe ideas, April. I agree, refined sugar is bad for me. I don't think I will ever be able to eat processed carbs or refined sugar like I used to. (Thankfully). Julian bread stuffing? Wow. You look great... congrats on your losses and maintenance!

Like minds! I got my Julian bread today and I'm going to attempt a sausage apple stuffing. I also made a low-carb pumpkin cheesecake today. I used chopped pecans for the crust though. Looking forward to Thanksgiving on P3. Thanks for the tip on the SF relish--I love that stuff in my deviled eggs!
refined sugar is hell. Do you know if i can find a sugar free ketchup
