any way to rejuvenate a lithium ebike battery? I know they don't have a memory and perhaps they need to be recalibrated. I've had two and after a while they stop charging or holding a charge fully. I love my ebike. Any help would be appreciated. Would love to get the speed up too...great job there!

no, it's a direct drive hub motor.

If i want to pedal, yes i can switch gear of the normal derailleur.

That's 130 miles range!! It's hard for me to believe with that size of battery pack.

These battery are lithium. The have 2.3kWh total on 432 cells of the format 18650

this ebike really do 210km at around 25-30km/h using 11Wh per km when tires are properly inflated

It has been tested between Quebec city and La Pocatiere and than a bit after St-Jean port Jolie when going back to Quebec city

Do you have a BMS with these cells? If so how much power can you put through the BMS? And where did you get the BMS? Thanks.

I think what we will see in the future is Battery charging stations at petrol stations (gas stations for any north americans) You will be able to exchange a standard battery for a charged one. (like swapping a bottle of gas) This will work for cars scooters and hopefully electric bikes.

I dont use any BMS.. these cells are lithium ion manganese.. and they are less sensitive to voltage variation and dont need to be equialized.. and i never go too deep discharge so it preserve the balancing of the 432s cells

And as far as I'm concerned from now on in, bikes are completely useless without the addition of electric. I am not going to destroy my legs in an effort to climb countless hills or tour routes. Die hard cyclists walk many climbs because they just can't take the heat. I have been ebiking for 3 yrs now. I will never touch a standard bike again. : )

Your bike is extremely quiet. I love it. The wind noise is awesome to. Wish we had high current recharging points. Would be nice to go on long trips and get powered up again.
