I can not thank WPI enough for the amazing things they do for ME/CFIDS patients and science!! Please contribute all you can, it may be the best investment you ever make!
It means the world to us with CFS/ME to have hope. Thanks, WPI!
To see how much energy and human potential has been lost to these illnesses, go to fms-help.com/occupations. It lists what people were doing before they got sick and had to stop doing what they loved.
Foggygyrl got this right. What is needed now is a hard-hitting and clearly defined collective portrait of this patient population. It would be mind numbing to present the variety of this illness in a short video. When presenting patients, a little goes a long way - and is terribly effective. All the crap is drained out and the viewer is left with the distilled residue of catastrophe.
This is the one of the best videos on the WPI and ME I've ever seen. I love how you intersperse the shots of the WPI with real people who have been suffering for years and decades with ME. You are our shining hope in this lonely, devatating desert, WPI! Keep it coming on! And please make more videos like this and show people with ME who are bedridden , in wheelchairs and walking with canes. THANK YOU!
Thank you for your your insight, confidence, and maturity to be willing to share your research and work with others. After years of suffering with ME/CFS you have given me reason to believe that the answers to treatment WILL finally be found!
Margaret Mead (1901-1978) President of American Association for the Advancement of Science in 1975 said it best: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world."
This is such a great video--and it is about my heroes! I have been suffering from ME/CFS for 23 years, and WPI is the first real hope. I am so grateful.
Thank you WPI, for giving me hope!! It is that hope that keeps me alive, in my most ill, weakest and darkest moments. Thank you for helping and giving hope to people around the world, who are sick and are not believed in.. You should definitely win the next Nobel Prize!
Warm greetings from a very ill young lady from Norway
I am so grateful to these people for providing the means from which ill people the world over will benefit . My son and I suffer from Me/CFS and we are grateful that they have cared enough to put this research and treatment center in action. Thank you!
I'm in awe of and so immensely grateful to the Whittemores, Dan Peterson, Judy Mikovits and everyone in the private and public sectors who have worked SO hard for this. One of the most exciting accomplishments is that WPI is pulling scientists out of their small specialized boxes and giving them the venue to work together in putting ALL the pieces together.
Annette what does it feel like to be the mother of every ME sufferer. We cannot thank you enough . Thank goodness you told yourself in that moment that it was you , you were the one who should be doing something
As a patient here in the UK I cannot thank the Whittemore Peterson Institute enough for all they are doing for patients worldwide . I wish you every success , I have a chance to have my life back thanks to you . All it needed was someone to believe , you believed x x
Great job: in eight and a half minutes this shows the human toll of the disease and the tremendous hope provided by WPI. Applause for the achievements already realized, and cheers for the advances yet to come, are ringing out worldwide.
Perhaps it is time to find a manager who has experience and skill managing a research institution. It is a waste of resources to do otherwise.

Now I know, I will live a full life again.
