Great commercial I vaaaaguely remember.. thanks for the memory jog!
EEEK, that woman's scary!! {i remember her debut on.. Wife Swap, wasn't it?...Yiiikes!}
I was hunting for the great one where the little boy comes in from the rain, he says, "I'mm not verry wett", and then asks, "Mom, do you still love me anymore?"~haha, love that one, but glad I saw this!;))
The child actress in this commercial is named Amber Barretto. She was an Eva Joia kid model in the 80's, and appeared on the cover of my favorite magazine, STICKERS & STUFF, in 1986 as the Sticker Statue of Liberty. She acted in the movie LITTLE MONSTERS with Fred Savage and was also in other commercials (Furever Friends, Cabbage Patch Kids, Hamburger Helper) in the 1980's, along with modeling.
There is another version of this commercial which has the same song. It involves a little girl and a picture she did at school. On the way home it ends up in a mud puddle, but her mom puts it up anyway and gives her soup. If anyone out there has any other versions of this, I would love to see them again. Thanx.
That soup aint gonna get you dick at the end of the night.

In the 90's, Amber was also on a Saturday morning teen show. It might have been called HANG TIME, i'm not positive.
