Fay - thanks for the note - somehow I think I could help either ice skaters or ribbon gymnasts with their tennis by using similar materials - lets stay in touch
this is exactly what we teaching in figure skating to continue to put into the ground on every single strong and all turns are a small jump, lift up off the ice to turn. Having been a figure skating coach has really helped my tennis. Good stuff you post. I never saw the connection between the FH (which is my weapon) and the serve which I am working on now ... the counting and the connection between FH and serve is more helpful to me at this time than I have words to express. Thank you !!!
