Me too. She gave that look like she was saying "what did he do that for?" and/or "uh oh, paint doesn't come off easily from this purse, how do I remove the paint?" Also I agree, she's a great actress.
I also really loved all the Mad Painter skits on Sesame Street. My favorite Mad Painter skit was the Mad Painter #6 skit because for one thing, that skit took place in a bakery with a cake (the cake looked good) and the other reason it's my favorite is because, that was the only Mad Painter skit where the painter didn't use paint or a paint brush to make a "6". (I agree, Paul Benedict was a great actor. It's too bad that he passed away).
Seventh floor?

Oh yeah. And nowadays we have less graffiti because SS pulled these awesome skits.

@jaime58ify: That's exactly why a lot of parents didn't like these films back in the day.

I know I never leave the house without my plastic numbers, in case I suddenly feel compelled to paint digits all over every available surface...

Who was Paul Benedict's first victim in this film? It looks like Luis Avalos from electric company and an appearance on Barney Miller (The Plumber).

This was probably my favourite of the painter sketches. It's nice to see him leaving someone out of his mischief, for once (the football player).

I remember this so well from my childhood. The mad painter was my favourite part of sesame street.
