  • Thank you, Father. i love YOU :)

  • 1 of 2 Dear Erik, if one were to read the New Testament without the influence of denominational doctrine and the opinions of others to cloud their interpretation, the revelation of God and Love they would have would be un-describable. The Gospel "The Good News" is exactly what it is. It is not about the threat of hell it is about the promise of Heaven. Jesus did not come to condemn he came to save. He came to heal up the broken hearted not send them to hell.

  • 2 of 2 On the Day of Judgment there will not be a soul in hell that did not choose it they will not be surprised, and although God will be saddened even by the loss of one sheep, He cant choose heaven for them because of free will. God speaks to us all but we must listen for Him. Although God created the world you live in and all its majesty, man created the society you suffer in that is why nature is glorious but our society is broken and backwards in many ways. Love Brother James

  • Amos, Good question! I believe the creators used the NLT and NIV for much of the verses, as I checked several to answer your question. I found them very much in line with the original Hebrew and Greek. Check out Biblegateway com for your own research. In His Great Love, brother Jim

  • If the Christian god truly loves me, why would he create a system where my love for him is effectively compulsion? The threat of hell is NOT loving and with a little logic, superfluous.

  • What bible are these verses from? Some of them seem different from the version I am reading.

  • I Love You...Father and thank you for your very touching words . Amen

  • Thank you Father..
