When on Atkins did you follow a certain % and calorie intake I have gained 1.5 lbs because I was listening to different suggestions so I don't seem to move out of the 8lbs I've lost while on induction :( any tips? I was at 25nc 1500 calories

but last week I decided to listen to someone tell me not to count carbs and eat as much protein as I wanted and I gained I'm confused ....

I agree! I eat hummus with just a spoon and nothing else.....love it!

That looks YUMMMIEEE! I can eat that without the pita bread (bad Atkins habit!!)
