Are you allowed to sit up at all? Do you have hip pain from being on bedrest?

@Jupiter1984Yuki= i can sit up once in awhile especially during meals :) I do get body aches, not just hip pains, from bed rest especially when i am so engrossed in watching youtube videos that i forget to turn to other side :))
