Er...that's not a translation. I think those are real lyrics.  If you try to sing it along to the music, it fits...somewhat. If it were a translation, I think it'd be hard to fit a more literal translation and still be able to sing it as a song.

2. Click on the first link which directs you to the HKSAR 10th Anniversary website from GovHK.
