Although I love Aliens, I love Godzilla more. But even with my bias, Godzilla would dominate. Not only is he bigger, but he's survived Biollante shooting him with acid. Plus, I think Destroyah was kind of modeled after the Aliens in terms of the second inner mouth but he only had the advantage because he injected Godzilla with Oxygen Destroyer stuff meaning he can totally survive inner mouth attacks

The limbs and tail are incredibly long and powerful, giving the Queen greater reach, and allowing her to make the first attack. Any gore attacks would result in an Acid blood bath.

@ktzeroii You are right the tail and power of an Alien is great. But Godzilla has great strength and a sixth sense. Godzilla getting a hole in the stomach won't do much. One strike to the Alien's head and off the head goes, the acid blood would deal damage but not enough to stop godzilla.

He is indeed powerful, more so than the queen...but he is hindered by how slow he is. The Queen is far faster, and would probably be able to run circles around him until he was exhausted.

Even if he is a fast healer, acid in the eyes would still be painful and temporarily blind him. The Queen is fast enough, and has further reach with her enormous tail. She could slap Godzilla around without him even getting close. Like I've said time and time again... The queen would win the fight. She may not kill him, but she can win the fight.

More than likely Godzilla wouldn't be able to react in time to catch, or dodge the tail's initial attack. This has happened plenty of times in the movies, and leaves him open to being pummeled. Strength is comparable. The healing factor takes time, and leaves him with one advantage being his energy attacks.
