I move in to an apartment. The dumbass downstairs started a fire, burned everything down..i lost everything..no renters insurance..I now live in the Atlantic ocean and am writing this via brain wifi
I know if you have no income you have to have a co-signer and I do have one. Can a landlord turn you away if you do not have any income and what about the credit checks????
If you are dealing with a corporate landlord and you have no income - you will probably need a cosigner. If you rent from someone how is renting a room at their house or maybe a small investment property, they may be more flexible. Good luck.
@1click2know ic so steady employment? what about credit what kinda score are they looking for? i'm interested in bond unit i make less than 60 k a year

Such consideration is important. You can even reduce the rent when you know how to negotiate with the landlord.

It all depends on the landlord.
