@gonijanturtles I was refering to this video, if they have made improvements since then it's all good. But this video does not do it justice then if it runs good now. The tech was clearly not ready when they made this video a year ago and you can't say the framerate is any good in this video.

The framerate is terrible at times. When the game can't handle it, they change the camera angle.

the graphics are too friggen Good to be Flash, The Program is to handle 32 or 64 bit, not something advanced like xbox 360 (256 Bit) graphics! you must have used some sort of other program besides flash or Plugin to Have good enough graphics!

I love how Alternativa has utilized Flash to make simple yet addictive games for browsers. Games these days are usually full-blown and on discs, but not many are casual and still 3D.

ого o_O вот это да. пробовал запустить флешку вконтакте, которая использует этот движок на HTC Desire (2.2 Froyo, R7-modaco custom rom), игра запустилась, показывала комнату с машиной, но при этом жутко лагала. Когда дело дошло до гонки, то флешка тупо отрубилась.

@stowns3 Actually Unity has this as a premiere export for their engine. I guess they dont care whether Flash overtakes them or not.

@LemonSector yeah, of course they don't care because they're selling an IDE, not a plugin. They just want to have the best tools for developers...the same reason so many designers still use Flash, for the IDE. Support as many export formats as possible.

Как-то оно лагает и подтармаживает, тени отрендерены в текстуры, а те отражения что отображаются на машине используют те-же приёмы что и NFS3 как максимум. просто заранее подготовленные изображения, которые никапли не соответствуют окружающей среде. В общем так себе.

Офигенности здесь не так и много. Надо попрактиковаться в WebGL, думаю выйдет в разы лучше.

А так-же тут не приложили тех характеристики машинки, на которой это всё игралось, может там надо зверь, который был собран что-б к примеру Aion на максимуме тянуть

Для флеша это неимоверно круто!

Хотя с другой стороны печтально, что графические возможности платформы отстают от нативных приложений лет эдак на 10.

Будем надеятся положение в скором времени улучшится и адоб подтянет производительность хотя бы до уровня явы.
