Thank you for messages from overseas after the earthquake. We are fine, of course, Elite too. But deeply worried about the people and animals now suffering in difficult conditions in eastern Japan.

日本では、毎年数千頭の競走馬が処分されているといいます。

エリート号もその中の一頭になる運命でしたが

再調教を受け、ドレッサージュホースとして第二の人生を得ました­。

その馬にしかない個性、美しさ、命が、大切にされますように。

Elite, Anglo Arab, born in 1998, ex-race horse

In Japan, several thousand race-horses are destroyed every year.

Elite used to be such a race horse,

but is re-trained as a dressage horse to survive.

We wish personality, beauty, and life of every horse are respected.
