There was no copyright issue. Neither Itunes,DP or their label(s) took it down. Derek Marin pulled it himself because the release was completely mishandled.

Alright, I got a bunch of torrent websites letting me download it, still nothing remotely close to being official about it at all. Torrents does not equate to proof.

Iamlightningstruck nor me ever said that it was an official release. It was a DJ named Derek Marin who released it on iTunes without permission and therefore it was taken down so quick. What the other guy above claimed was that Iamlightningstruck put daft punk's name on the track just to get more views which is not true!
