This boss has a glitch. Somehow he will get caught on a corner and you can actually stab him to death.
There's a vid on youtube about it.

Lead that Chief Executive Officer into the dining & first-aid room & pop him with the P38 pistol. Trade fire - 1 rocket fired gets him 1 shot centre-mass. :))
