  • Thanks for sharing your perspective on the issue of perspective :)

I agree that the terms "good" and "evil" are too vague, and to truly understand someone's actions, you need to know the whole story. The only righteous judge of one's good and evil is ones self. What I regret is evil, what I do not regret is good.

  • Current politicians are bad guys from every conceivable point of view. They just care about stealing.

  • @agormanvideos Not stealing, COLLECTING for the benefit of EVERYONE under their rule. I trust the Edmontonian, Albertan, and Canadian government. I raise my glass in a toast to them!

  • Wooooooooooooooooow..... deep......... She makes Sarte look like an amateur

  • yikes, whats up with the purple flowers???

  • world equality will never be achieved as long as man's lives are still guided by the motto of "if it feels good - do it!"...no matter what the consequences are, because in the end... what is live without feel and emotion?...unless there is a purpose...

  • Only thing I dislike about this video... is that it had to be made. People are too closed minded to understand this for themselves. Great message, hopefully it's changed someone's life.

  • We are all one within the heart of Love

  • In my opinion the good guy is who consciously lives and fights for justice and the

bad guy is who lives consciously for injustice life.

    (smile)

  • @CHINNUJACK My name is Justin, and I'll tell ya' right now justice can be a very dangerous and ambiguous word, Justice is what ever Power deems her to be, Justice has the face of an angel but the soul of the devil himself, Justice is only ever truely justified if she's personal.

  • I have been saying this for a while now! :D

  • I agree with these points, we are all good and bad, thumbs up, but most of us try to lean on a good way of solving problems if we think of it. Without the ability to think alternatives and like people say don't think, thats wrong, God gave us a brain to think, did he not?

2nd point, the mugger guy you mentioned, yes you would like to help the guy, but you might still protect yourself best you can, or protect another.

  • Sorry about all the comments, but the character limits required breaking them up to give you complete answers and feedback.

Just wanted to say, your set is very cool. It reminds me of one of my favorite movies, The Dark Crystal :)

Please never grow out of thinking, the world needs more people exercising 'those little gray cells' as Monsieur Hercule Poirot would say.

    Geek pride! :P

  • To answer your hypothetical scenarios from my moral system:

Society failed the abused spouse by not tossing the abuser in jail the moment he (or she) physically assaulted or threatened violence to another person. If the spouse willing submitted to the abuse, she is culpable for placing the children in harm's way by not turning the abuser in. A society that fails to protect victims of violence is broken.

The mugger is unjustified in reducing me or others to means to an end, ignoring our autonomy.

  • Different value-sets logically extrapolate differences in moral reasoning. Since the universe has no innate goals, there are no objective value sets. But some value-sets are more self-consistent and some moral systems give rise to more stable societies. Enlightened self-interest points individuals and cultures that embrace rationality towards such value-sets, e.g. tolerance, liberty, honesty, equal respect for the personhood of others, etcetera.

  • I like your hair, they look like flowers
