Thanks for posting this, I own several of Mester Abletts knives (my mate used to work in the shop beneath his) and have used one of his curved bladed pruning knives at work for the last 10-11 years. It's that sharp i can shave with it and although it's used daily it rarely needs sharpening. This is one of a dying breed. It's sad but Sheffield is losing its heritage. Soon the only reminder will be the Blades (fc)
