the film was good. i still hate the jerk though because he defended colin ferguson and taught all the progressives to turn a blind eye at any racial hostility towards whites by teaching them that racism is a flaw of white people only and not a human flaw.

Very serious movie ... The movie highlights a lot of interesting cases which are similar to many of todays Post-Kunstler cases, most notably (I think) Jose Padilla. The premise raised is that does the 'Post-911' world implicitly change how the constitution is applied (1st Amendment, Miranda Rights etc)?
