this makes me cry. i try picture myself dancing with a loving father. i had a rough childhood, full of abuse, neglect, just after i turned 11. i was adopted, i am very thankful for my family. i never quite fit in though, i was the classic fed ex of the family. and as much as i try to pretend my life had this kind of relationship with any parent figure in my life i don't think i will ever will, but i am thnkful 4 the lessons i learned, i know my kids will have more luv bc of it all. This is really cool. I take 10 minutes every night and dance with my 6 yr old daughter. I used to work out of town and was gone for a month to a month and a half at a time and one night I heard this song and right then I put in my resignation and came home two days later. You never know when these times will be gone.

Even when she goes through those crazy teen years still talk to your daughter and be there for her she still needs you even if it seems like shes shutting you out just be there for her. this is beautiful.. you are a wonderful daddy , for taking the time to dance with your precious daughter like this. your video made me cry. i just finished watching steven curtis chapman's cinderella video. and the memorial service video for his little maria who passed away. cherish every moment with your daughter, and DANCE WITH YOUR CINDERELLA WHENEVER SHE ASKS YOU TO DADDY. i need a tissue, lol.

This made me cry, in a happy way! I remember dancing with my dad as well when I was little, now my mom and dad ask me always "Where's my little girl?" But no matter what, I'll always be my parents little girl. This is sweet and wonderful! Now, you have a very good memory to keep close to your heart! found this vid yesterday by accident. had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat. danced like that with my two girls when they were young and its some of the happiest memories. enjoy your time with them because one day they will grow too big to dance around the room with dad.

This is really cool. I take 10 minutes every night and dance with my 6 yr old daughter. I used to work out of town and was gone for a month to a month and a half at a time and one night I heard this song and right then I put in my resignation and came home two days later. You never know when these times will be gone.

That is about the 2nd most precious things I have ever seen (1st being a child praying or singing praises to God). I cried through the whole thing. Especially the part at the end when he picked her up and the look on their faces were priceless. Thank you for posting this. I loved watching it.

just a word of encouragement: Jesus doesn't call us to fight fire with fire. I know negative comments towards Christ and His followers are difficult to take but we're called to find joy in suffering for His cause.
Telling him that nobody cares for him and that is life is pointless is not only untrue but it also does not point him to the life changing power of God's grace and love.

I'm not a believer, but I think Christianity is a beautiful religion when one follows it truthfully and honestly. It has some great values and morals.
If I ever did turn to religion, it'd be Buddhism. But that's for an entirely different reason. ^^

In response to your thoughts of following Jesus, I must say that I am the cynic of cynics, but I just can't get past the life-changing reality of knowing Jesus and obeying His teachings. There is a book called "Jesus On Leadership" and the example He taught about leadership is unparalleled and divine.
The question is, do you believe that Jesus is who he said he was?

I wish me and my dad.. had moments like that. He left me and my mom when i was a week old. Haven't talked to him since them. I am so happy to see how close you to are!! I hope that is the way it will always be.

You seem like such an amazing dad. Even when she goes through those crazy teen years still talk to your daughter and be there for her she still needs you even if it seems like shes shutting you out just be there for her. A girls teen years are the most crucialy years of her life for her father to tell her how much he loves her....i wish someone could have told this to my dad before, our relationship would have been sooo much better. good bless you.

A while ago I aborted my child. I never knew if it was a boy or a girl. Now every day I live I regret doing that. Seeing this video reminds me of what could have been my daughter and I cry. One day I hope to be able to do what you are doing in the video. The love you have for your daughter transeds beautifully through the video. Congratulations on a beautiful daughter.
