  • HELLO MR THOMPSON

  • You liberals don't like her because she scares you. That's precisely why I like her.

  • @tomthefunky

She should scare you too. She's unbelievably stupid...

  • @JamesFarrkoff: Really? Is it stupid to believe in lower taxes or limited accountable government? Is she stupid for not wanting to spend our way into oblivion? Is she stupid for wanting to keep jobs in our own country? Is she stupid for adhering to our constitution? Is she stupid for opposing illegal immigration that costs taxpayers 130 billion dollars a year?

You want know what's really stupid? An Australians accent. You sound like a heard of sheep when you speak. "BAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

  • @tomthefunky

It's stupid to believe that the dinosaurs were around 4000 years ago and co-existed with human beings. It's stupid to not be able to tell the name of a single newspaper you're read when you're possibly going to become the second most powerful person in the USA. It's stupid to bring your children into debates, and then criticise the media when they mention the children that you brought up yourself. And it's stupid to criticise someone in a political debate based on their accent...

  • @JamesFarrkoff: The dinousar comment never happened. It was a lie started by actor Matt Damon. You criticize her for not reading newspapers but you are willing to accept facts from a dopey hollywood actor? Speaking of newspapers, NOBODY reads them anymore. She doesn't read them for the same reason I don't: They are nothing but leftist propaganda. Her children? Nothing she has done deserves the sick, twisted shit written about her family. Shit, man, a dingo is probably a better debater than you.

  • @tomthefunky

On your first point, if it was a lie, it wasn't started by Matt Damon, just spread by him. It can be cited to Philip Munger, a Wasilla resident and blogger, who claimed the comment was made to him in 1997. Regardless of the quote, her belief in religion over science is well-documented and is a source of great contention. To have faith in an unobservable realm to the extent that one disregards what can actually be observed and tested and discovered is bad for someone in her position.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: It is you leftists' belief in the state over free thought and free enterprise that is the real source of contention. It is YOU that worship at the alter of government. It is YOU that impose on US through your taxes, over regulations and restrictions. How dare you bring up her religious beliefs when the real problem in my country is a buck wild, out of control federal government.

The second amendment was created in my country specifically to protect ourselves from people like you

  • @tomthefunky

I love how you claim that free speech is important, yet still say that you're glad you're allowed to own a gun because of people like me. So it's important that I can think and speak freely, so long as you can shoot me?

I'm not saying she doesn't understand how to be a conservative, but being a conservative involves knowing about the news in order to respond to it. If you don't know the news, how can you be fit to make policies in response to it?

  • @JamesFarrkoff: I never "claimed free speech was important". I believe it is, but it has nothing to do with the argument I'm making. Show me what I said where I said you or anybody shouldn't be allowed to speak freely.

"Being a conservative involves knowing about the news in order to respond to it" Really? So to govern effectively you have to "know about the news"? No, pal, being a conservative means you have to understand full well the history of socialism and oppressive government.

  • @tomthefunky

You stated that "free thought and free enterprise" are good, which I would agree with. Consider yourself shown.

Yes, you have to know about the news. See, things change, events take place, and therefore politicians must change. If you're fighting a war in Vietnam (or, to be more contemporary, Iraq), and that war turns ugly, you need to pull out.

"You are a little nitpicker." And you were doing so well avoiding slander, too.

  • @tomthefunky

The reason I brought that up is because informed leaders are critical to our current socio-political landscape, and indeed any such landscape. The main problem with Palin is that she is uninformed, and her inability to name a single newspaper she's read is evidence of that. In addition, if as you say she relies on other sources for her news, then she should have mentioned them.

  • @JamesFarrkoff : Hey, don't slander me. I think you are slandering me. I'm going to sue you for everything you are worth.

  • @tomthefunky

I'm not slandering you, and everything I'm worth isn't much.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: If she is so uninformed then why is she a conservative? How does she know what a conservative even is? Where did she learn the differences between the party's? Why does she have such strongly held beliefs? If she is so uninformed why did she enter politics? If she is so uninformed than why doesn't she answer "I don't know" to every question posed to her? If she is so uninformed why/how did she debate Joe Biden in front of tens of millions of people? How was she even governor?

  • @tomthefunky

To all of those first questions, I would either answer "people vote for smart-sounding idiots" or "only she knows".

To all of the second ones, I say that my intelligence has no bearing on hers. I could be the smartest man alive or the dumbest man dead, and she would still be someone who ran for the Vice President's role while thinking Africa was a country, while citing proximity to Russia as foreign policy experience, and while unable to name a newspaper or magazine she had read.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: The Africa thing is a proven hoax you fucking twerp. Holy, shit you are such a fucking idiot. Yeah, right, the Governor of a state can't name a newspaper. You are so fucking pathetic if you believe that.

  • @tomthefunky

Show me where it is proven. Also, show me a version of that video where it's edited so she actually gives a response including the name of a newspaper and/or magazine. Also, stop insulting me. :)

  • @JamesFarrkoff: A McCain staffer is said to have overheared her say the Africa comment. When her people wanted to know who the staffer was after it made headlines, the staffer never existed. Now, you tell me the source of where you got the story. I want you to prove she said it.

Her "newspaper" comment was conducted with Katie Couric of CBS. The full transcipt is online. Google Sarah Palin/Katie Couric.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: Let's play a game James. Let's decide once and for all how stupid she is. Do you James, own your own business? Are you a university graduate? Have you ever run for office? Have you ever served as the governor of a state? Were you a popular governor of that state? Have you ever debated one of the most powerful senators in the country? Are you a best selling author? Do you own a home as beautiful as Sarah Palin's home, James? Who's the stupid one here. you or her?

  • @tomthefunky

Also, if the National Review is the only non-leftist blah blah maybe she could have said the National Review?

Also, start addressing my arguments or I will leave. There is no need to slander me.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: Go look up the transcript, James. When she was asked what papers she reads she said "All of them. Whatever has been in front of me all these years".

Don't tell me you don't do the same thing, James. We all do. We all pretty much read newspapers the same way. We'll pick one up on the way to work and maybe we'll see a couple more lying around.

See, like I said: She doesn't have to read newspapers. They are irrelevent. It's the big issues that matter. You are a little nitpicker.

  • @tomthefunky

Secondly, she stated that she read newspapers, but could not name one. If she had stated that she did not read them because they were leftist propaganda, fine, but she said that she *did* read them and still couldn't name one.

Thirdly, it is one thing for the media to mention and discuss your children if they are unrelated to your campaign, but it's quite another to bring them up in your speeches and then criticise the media for deconstructing those elements of your speeches.

  • @JamesFarrkoff: She doesn't have to read fucking newspapers. She is a proper conservative. She understands fully well our core beliefs and guiding philosophy. Our (her) principles are articulated day in and day out in a publication called National Review (since 1954). It was founded by a man named William F. Buckley Jr.

All your life you have been spoon- fed lies about the American right by a leftist media. You've been duped. You are a sucker.

  • @tomthefunky

    Finally, dingos can't talk.

  • Heart attack or massive sh!t? you decide... lmao

  • Yeah yeah yeah, he's lower than Attila the Hun. ^^
