Besides, Jim wanted to sell his company to Disney back in the early 1990's, but that original deal fell through, due to Jim's death.

And besides, the Muppets are in good hands at Disney just as how the Sesame Muppets are in good hands at Sesame Workshop. Both the Muppet and Sesame franchises are doing better than ever and staying visible thanks to their respective owners.
