in most "bar rule" games (on coin operated tables) 8-ball in is a win period because someone has to put in more quarters...
According to pro rules (BCA / IPT) it's not a win, loss, or foul.. It's considered a fluke occurrence and you just put the 8 ball on the spot and continue playing.. some pros call for a re-rack if that happens claiming it can't possibly happen if the balls are properly racked
i wish i had caught my 2 8-ball break wins on camera..good job though.

counts as a foul - you potted other balls too. needs to be only the 8-ball to win off the break.
