i seen UFO's 2 times here in south florida, one looked like a silver sphere, the other a triangle with many lights around iT! that was back in march 2008.

i see ones similar in toronto a lot. mostly pulsating ones. a good time to spot them is just BEFORE it gets dark, you can see them arrive and descend to cloud level on some nights.

Don't overlook flashing objects and assume they're planes.  Listen, if no noise from them, they ain't planes! Usually 2 white solid lights on rear, only one side flashes at a time (planes do both same time), red blinking light in between. Easily mistaken for small cessna type. Orbs and 'fake planes' are seen together because they come out of or morph from them. Triangles after that.
