That's how the story ended. Baby bear took a shot gun and shot their dicks off and finally ran to a new home near a pond.

  • (this is reverse version!!)

  • Angry Bird 'lol'

  • so many of the female voices remind me of George Castanza's Mom-Estelle Harris.

Does anyone know if this is the case?

  • Nice, this concept would make a hilarious movie on par with "Shrek" and "Hoodwinked".

  • And I'm also free-

How do I know when I'm cold papa?

    *smack*

    You turn blue!

  • "But I'm not sleepy!!!"

    "SHADDDUPPP!" ... POW!!!

    Still makes me laugh ...☺

  • I remember that when I was in Ventura County back in 1966-67, Goldilocks owns the Winter resort lodge at Mount Pino, in Ventura County, close to Oxnard & Ventura, very hilarious, I laugh so much, It's a '60's classic just like Art Laboe's Oldies.

    "Not me I'm not Sleepy."

    "Shut up!"

  • 2 people are sleepy and want baby bear to shut up.

  • the baby bears sounds like bullwinkle

  • CLASSIC the way cartoons should be The " real" funny ones!

  • THIS WAS ON CARTOON NETWORK!

  • I could and have watched all day

  • Funny you should mention "goldilocks sounds like betty rubble from the flintstones", 'tatuls': June Foray, who performed all female voices here, WAS Betty's voice in the unaired 90 second "demo reel" that sold "THE FLINTSTONES" to TV in 1960...with Daws Butler {"Papa Bear"} as Fred's voice (it sounded similar to "Papa"'s voice, too).

  • "If you keep hitting me like that, someday you're going to break my spirit" oh wow, i seriously laughed so hard after that, one of the best fractured fairytales ever, such a classic :)

  • Loved these..poor baby bear..Papa is so mean!

  • this cartoons are much better than pokemon

    ((♥_♥))

  • Somebody's been fooling with my door!

Somebody's been fooling with my piano!

And somebody's making too much noise i can't sleep!

    EEK! A BEAR!

    GOOD HEAVENS WHERE?

  • I'll sleep on the sofa

I'll sleep in front of the fireplace!

And I'll play the piano (dodododododododooodoo)

    BONK

    CRASH

If you keep hitting me like that, someday you going to break my spirit!

  • Mama: Oooo!

    Papa: It's freezing in here!

Baby: Yea it is sure frea... How do i know when i'm cold papa?

    BONK!

    Papa: You turn blue

  • Then you must be baby bear!

No my name is Clyde. I'm just passing through

  • "large lodge"

  • Papa, Quit Punching your Son!!!

  • Funniest Line ever!

    Goldilocks: Eeek ... a Bear!

    Baby Bear: Good Heavens, where?

  • goldilocks sounds like betty rubble frm the flinstones

  • 2:16 - 2:23

    Funniest part

  • I'm Baby Bear!

    Are you sure?

    Uh...no

    Fine, you'll do.

  • "Get To Sleep Before I Rock you to sleep!"

    "with a real rock?"

    "yes"

    "night papa"

That made my father laugh so hard when he was young...still does

  • @mspudds22 Did you notice poppa bear one-ups Ward Cleaver by SLEEPING in a bow tie!

  • It was also due to the fact that there was a sponsor conflict- General Mills {"ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS"} vs. Kellogg's {"HUCKLEBERRY HOUND", etc.}. Daws Butler originally worked for Hanna-Barbera BEFORE Jay Ward, and also participated in numerous Kellogg's commercials using his celebrated voices. Therefore, his name could no longer be credited on screen [at the end of "ROCKY"] after the first season.

  • This is a lot like Chuck Jones's late 1940s Three Bears..as if no one's mentioned that already.

  • Didn't they also have "fractured fables" or something? Where do I find them?

  • "Not me I'm not sleepy!"

    BONK!

    "Shaddap !!!"

    My favorite Fracture Fairy Tale

  • I've been looking for this for years. Pure genius!!

  • I love Fractured fairy tales.

  • Goldilocks: "somebody been fooling with my piano!"

Baby Bear "AND somebody making too much noise I can't sleep!"

    Goldilocks " EEEK!! A BEAR!!!!!"

Baby Bear " Good heavens where?!?!?"

    LOL!

  • Not me, I'm not sleepy. Damn this is funny.

  • This was the second of the two versions of the "Goldilocks" story Jay Ward produced (and animated by "TV Spots" {aka Creston Studios}, who subcontracted production of most of the "Fractured Fairy Tales" during the first two seasons), originally presented on "ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS" in the fall of 1960. And yes, Butler, Foray and Scott (using his patented "Bullwinkle voice" [shorthand for "dumb"], which he also used a bit later as "Fillmore the Bear" in "HOPPITY HOOPER") provided all the voices...

  • 3:17 lol, I love baby bear

  • I nevar knew the fractured fairy tales were read by Edward Everett Horton, to think all the fairy tales were read by the man who played the mad hatter! :)

  • Baby bear like has bullwinkles voice!

  • Baby Bear should because I am sure that Bill Scott was the voice of Baby. He was also the voice of Bullwinkle.

  • & don't for get that Bill Scott also used Baby bear/Bullwinkle's voice for the voice of Fillmore Bear in the Hoppity Hooper/Uncle Waldo show

  • On the first Hoppity Hooper episode the voice of Fillmore Bear I think that Allan Reed the original voice of Fred Flintstone provided the voice.

  • It was the Pilot episode of Hoppity Hooper/Uncle Waldo that had the voice of Allen Reed as the original Fillmore Bear. but because of commitments for Hanna Barbera doing the voice of Fred Flintstone on The Flintstones Alan Reed deicde not to do the voice of Fillmore & Bill Scott took over as the voice of Fillmore Bear. Alan Reed used that same voice as the voice of the Prowler in the Flintstone episode entitled "The Prowler".

  • Daws Butler voiced a lot of Hanna Barbera characters and his name appeared on the voice credits. He also done many voices for the Jay Ward cartoons and his voice wasn't credited. I used to wonder why Butlers voice was credited.

  • I think the reason was thar Daws Butler didn't want to get into a lot of Hot Water with Hanna Barbera doing Voice Over work for Jay Ward so Daws' name was "omitted' fom the credits. Daws also did Voice Overs work for Jay Wards' Aesop & Son & for "George of the Jungle" & "Tom Slick".

  • I'm sure that was Daws Butler was the voice of Papa Bear. June Foray did the voice of Goldilocks and Mama Bear and Bill Scott talked for Baby Bear. Papa bear was funny with the "SHADDAP!!"

  • Let's give a big hand for June Foray, one of the best female voice actors, and Daws Butler, Hanna Barbera's own 'Mel Blanc'! *Enlarges my own hand* Also, Baby Bear reminds me of Junior from Looney Tunes's Three Bears, he's bigger than his own parents!

  • @MWolfL Baby was voiced by Bill Scott (AKA Bullwinkle and co-producer) who was formerly story writer for Warner's. No doubt he got this idea from Chuck Jones.

  • @acholl980

    Thanks for the info. :)

  • @MWolfL How could you think of Junior from the Looney Tunes 3 bears family without this Papa Bear reminding you of the Looney Tunes Papa Bear? They are both small, grumpy and always clobbering their baby.

Btw to everyone, coincidentally perhaps, there is a Bozo the Clown cartoon called "The Hodge Podge Ski Lodge". Maybe it's on here.

  • @StoogeAtHeart Maybe Papa Bear learned of Moe the hitter of the 3 Stooges.

  • @StoogeAtHeart

Actually, this Papa Bear did remind me of Looney Tune Pa Bear, I was just referring to what amuses me most about this kind of trio.

  • @MWolfL Baby Bear sounds just like Bullwinkle.

  • @FantasticBob7000 Watching anther silly cartoon again Bob? You must have been deprived of oxygen way too many times....

  • @FantasticBob7000 That's right! I WAS GONNA SAY THAT,TOO!!!

  • @MWolfL Yes, They were grrrrrrrrrATE. Fortunately, when I watched these as an innocent child, I did not notice Baby Bear sounded like Bullwinkle & momma bear like all the other mothers & witches in the other tales!

  • @MWolfL How about a shout out? Will that do? "Yea June and Daws!"

  • @TrixieBelaire

Actually it's more like: "YEA JUNE AND DAWS!" but that works. :)

  • @MWolfL I don't get it.

  • @TrixieBelaire

Oh, well you said 'shout out' so I was putting your comment in shout form. ALL CAPITALS is the written version of shouting.
