this guy is an idiot. middle earth comes from norse mythology! it doesnt mean that hell was in the middle of the earth. it meant that middle earth was in the middle of the 9 worlds. which in norse mythology the other worlds were in habited by different beings. the giants lived in jutland. the elves lived in another world and the gods in the highest. they lived in asgard. so this dude doesnt know what hes talking about!!!
