I think she's a great guitar, thanks Lar. Do you think it would be able to take .13 gauge strings? I've heard some horror stories.

According to all I've read, the heavier guage string the better the intonation and sound, however, it does start to put a lot of tension on the neck... My over-all general guitar use is .10s but I use chrome .11's on a couple guitars for jazz and have messed with .12s... It does seem i need to take the guitar in for adjustments more often with the heavier strings....but the sound is better, at least to my ears....
