I have recenty been diagnosed with this, I have an extra segment in my lumbar as well. L6! Unfortunately, due to this 6th segment, my spine has been in shambles and have been also diagnosed with three mildly herniated disks. I will be trying this exercise tonight! if you have any other suggestions, they would be highly appreciated! thank you so much for this post!
