Wow, very nice build, you put it together with spare parts? Man, that is so cool! How you make the spindle...man, i apologize for my corniness, but that machine seems ingenius in it's simplicity.
I used comon stock parts (tubes, plate, angle, etc) to build the machine. The spindle runs on two conic roller bearings, and was made in a lathe. Some parts were built from stock, and others from scrap metal. The electronics and software is homemade also.
Dude, you are THE McGuyver (lol), still very good and cnc to boot! Does it hold good tolerances? Hell I bet that goes without saying, lol. More videos, more videos, more cnc mill videos...J/K man, keep up the good work.

Thanks, It was dificult to keep the pulleys centered since they were cut in a water jet machine. when I bored them in the lathe, the center moved.
