@NickisElite Well on Onomatopoeia the whole band wasn't together but they released the album under Jonny 5 and Yak. Jonny 5 founded the Flobots and I believe he is the singer but it seems that none of the people who helped create Onomatopoeia are not in the Flobots today.

Good rap, like fort minor (kenji, right now, cigarettes) did when they made an album, like Lupe did with 'The Cool' (little weapon, streets on fire, put you on game), like Scrubius Pip does for the U.K (letter from god to man). One thing they all have in common? Each have a single very popular song, but few people understand the message behind the music. It's nice to find rap music that means something.

They are suprisingly good live too. Awesome group, best wishes to them.

I feel the same way, because it's the closest thing we've got to the movement / revolution.

Many people have different opinions of what music really is..

and I've made my own opinion clearly a few weeks ago...

it's not about blowing people away with intense solos, or seeing how fast you can play. How high your note can be, or even the "history" behind your song.

For me, it's about what's in your lyrics, and what message you're trying to get across. Flobots do this EXTREMELY well
